Shipping Details

Once shipped, we will provide tracking updates for your package through email. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Standard Shipping for your package to arrive is between 3-5 business days.

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% correct before placing the order.

Dawg Utopia is not responsible if incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We will not process any refunds in such cases.

Dawg Utopia is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at checkout. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by your local postal service.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change/cancel an order, please email dawgutopia@gmail.com immediately and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.

Packages may take longer to arrive during the holiday busy season, depending on local postal office capacity.

Tracking

• Tracking numbers are updated within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.

• You can also track your package through the email you receive once you place your order.

• Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Dawg Utopia reserves the right to cancel any orders due to stock issues, in which customers will be contacted.
