Welcome to Dawg Utopia.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dawg Utopia website, memberships, videos, shows, documentaries, trailers, and other content or services offered by Dawg Utopia (“Dawg Utopia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Dawg Utopia, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT DAWG UTOPIA
Dawg Utopia is a dog-focused entertainment platform providing content that may include:

2. MEMBERSHIP

Purchasing a membership does not guarantee that any particular show, episode, documentary, or piece of content will remain available permanently.
3. BILLING AND RENEWAL
The applicable membership price, billing frequency, renewal information, taxes, and other charges will be shown during the purchase process.
Where a membership is offered as an automatically renewing subscription, your selected payment method may be charged at the beginning of each new billing period until the membership is canceled.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and account information.
Membership prices may change in the future. When required, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice before a new price applies to a future billing period.
4. CANCELLATION
Members may cancel future membership renewals through the account or membership-management options available on the website.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but normally does not retroactively cancel the billing period that has already been purchased.
Members will generally continue to have access through the end of their paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable.
5. ACCOUNTS
Certain features require a Dawg Utopia account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for activity conducted through your account.
You may not:
Impersonate another person
Create accounts using fraudulent information
Attempt to access another person’s account
Sell or transfer your account without permission
Share account credentials in a manner that violates restrictions displayed by Dawg Utopia
Contact us promptly if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your account.
6. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Purchases and paid memberships must be made by an adult or by someone who has the legal authority to enter into the transaction.
Minors should use Dawg Utopia with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.
Although Dawg Utopia may offer children’s and family programming, children under 13 should not independently submit personal information, create paid memberships, or make purchases through the website.

8. CONTENT YOU MAY NOT COPY OR REDISTRIBUTE
Unless we give written permission, you may not:

Record or screen-record members-only programming for redistribution
Upload Dawg Utopia content to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or another platform
Sell or redistribute Dawg Utopia programming
Reproduce our shows or documentaries
Remove copyright or ownership notices
Create unauthorized copies of our paid content
Circumvent membership restrictions or paywalls
Attempt to bypass website security
Use automated systems to scrape or copy substantial portions of the service
Unauthorized distribution may result in account termination and other remedies available under applicable law.
9. LICENSED AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Certain Dawg Utopia programming may contain footage, music, images, clips, or other material that is licensed from or supplied by third parties.
Ownership of that material remains with the applicable copyright or rights holder.
The presence of third-party material on Dawg Utopia does not grant users permission to separately copy or redistribute that material.

15. SUPPORTING DOGS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Dawg Utopia may highlight dogs, rescues, shelters, charities, sponsorships, donations, or other efforts intended to help animals. Where Dawg Utopia makes a specific charitable contribution or financial-support claim, additional information may be provided explaining the applicable promotion or contribution. Purchasing a Dawg Utopia membership should not be interpreted as a charitable donation unless it is specifically identified as such.
16. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
Fraud
Nonpayment
Unauthorized redistribution of content
Security threats
Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
Illegal activity
Abuse of Dawg Utopia services
Termination does not give a user ownership or continued rights to Dawg Utopia content.
17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dawg Utopia and its services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that every piece of content will remain available indefinitely. Nothing in these Terms eliminates any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dawg Utopia will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the website or services.
